Founded in 1833 in Massachusetts, American Optical is one of the historic eyewear brands. Known for its pioneer designs, once worn by JFK, the Apollo 11 crew, Malcolm X, it brings nearly two centuries of craftsmanship to timeless, durable frames.

Those are American Optical eyeglass frames from around the 1960s. It is an unused, genuine item that was still in its original bag. I removed it from the bag, polished it, assembled it, and adjusted it.
It features the red screws, one of the distinctive characteristics of vintage AO frames.
The frames are polished and put it in very good condition, but as it is a vintage item, it is not brand new. Please purchase only if you understand vintage items.
